1998                                        I live in the Kundalini Yoga Ashram in Texas for a year to study meditation, Yoga, Aikido and Native American Spirituality, first exposure to enemas and fasting, Massage Therapy education, first Sundance in Arizona

2000-2006                               self employed doing massage therapy, journeys to Mexico, USA, Canada

2002                                        Anthroplogical fieldstudies in Pine Ridge, Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota to study the Lakota Sundance, first encounter and courses with Tom Brown and his Wilderness Survival School

2003                                        International Yoga Teacher Training in Southindia, Sivananda Ashram

2004                                        6 month internship with Tom Brown's Wilderness and Survivalschool

2005, January till May              Thaimassagetraining in Thailand, Iyengar Yoga Training in Rishikesh, India, Vipassana Meditation Retreat in India

2005, August                            brought Tom Brown for a weekworkshop to Germany

2005, October-November        Pilgrimage of the spanish Jacobstrail, Training in Hawaiian Massage at Harbin Hotsprings, California

2006                                        3 month Spiritual Life Food Program at the Tree of Life, worked for 4 months with children in a forestkindergarden in the ecovillage Siebenlinden, Germany; initiated and lead the first raw food festival at the ecovillage

2007                                        Raw Food Journey through Hawaii, further education at Gabriel Cousen's Tree of Life Center in Arizona( 1 month), private chefing for 2 months for Raw Food Goddess Shazzie and toddler Evie Poppl in England, move to England to work for Kate Magick and Chris Wood and their raw chocolate factory in Brighton, England, Sundance in Sweden, organised Wilderness Festival 2007 in Proitze, three successful Raw Food workshops in the Ecovillage Siebenlinden, Germany
